RETURNS, WARRANTIES AND CANCELLATIONS
Our first priority is building rods that excel in every condition you encounter on your journey. If you experience a fault with one of our rods, contact us for a shipping address and please send it back with $50 and a written explanation of the fault you experienced as well as how it occurred. The reason we request an explanation of the fault is so we can continue to improve our product and provide you, our customer, with the best experience possible. As each rod is built custom for every individual, we cannot accept returns on rods without a fault.
Guide Trip Deposit/Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking on all reservations. The deposit is refundable if trip is canceled before 30 days in advance of reservation date. A $75.00 dollar rebooking fee will be charged for scheduling changes within the 30 days of the original trip date.
Madison River Outpost Deposit/Cancellation Policy: 50% of the trip total is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made greater than 45 days from the trip date will be refunded their deposit. Cancellations made 45 days and fewer form the trip date will forfeit the 50% deposit.
